• You feel both fear and relief at the idea of letting go of your former ways of being.
• Your usual sources of certainty—role, reputation, expertise—no longer support your sense of call.
• You experience a persistent inner summons toward crossing the divides that separate us.
• You recognize that insight alone is no longer enough—you are being invited into a new level of consciousness.

This is an iterative journey that invites deeper alignment, widening circles of impact, and a return to leadership as a creative, relational, and generative act.
